Operation Axiz is a solo-only, doujin game themed around "Operation Axis" which occurs at the end of the movie "Mobile Suit Gundam: Char's Counterattack".

The player takes on the role of the Londo Bell forces, trying to prevent the Neo Zeon forces from dropping the asteroid Axis on Earth by destroying the asteroid.

On their turn, the player draws mobile suits, ships and events from their deck, and must decide to either "patrol" to intercept incoming Neo Zeon Mobile Suits, or attempt to set bombs on Axis in an attempt to destroy the asteroid.
