Nonstop Cards társasjáték

Angol leírás

Nonstop Cards is a fast-paced word game in the style of the classic Categories Game, played with double-sided letter cards and a companion app. The app acts as the game master: it reads out topics, runs the timer and occasionally triggers action events that change the flow of the game. The phone or tablet lies on the table and only needs to be touched to pause or resume.

At the start, each player receives 8 letter cards. The app announces a topic, and all players search for matching words at the same time. Anyone who calls out a word that fits the topic and starts with a letter on one of their cards may discard that card. When the timer runs out, the app automatically moves on to the next topic. Played cards go back under the deck, and because the cards are double-sided, the deck reshuffles itself during play.

A round continues until only one player still has cards in hand. The first player to empty their hand scores 3 points, the second scores 2, all other players who finish score 1, and the last player left holding cards scores nothing. Then everyone gets new cards and the next round begins. The first player to reach 10 points wins. Groups can also just start playing casually without keeping score.

The app includes more than 1,750 topics and actions across five categories: Original, Party, Family, Kids and Football. Nonstop Cards is playable in English, German and French and requires a smartphone or tablet with the free app (iOS and Android). Once unlocked, the app works offline.
