Nine Totems: The Third Decree is a two-player abstract strategy game of tension, restraint, and irreversible decisions.

Each action reshapes the order, and brings the final decree closer. Nine Totems rewards players who delay commitment, but punish those who delay decision.

Victory comes not from accumulation, but from timing: being the last player able to act, or completing the final Totem.
