Players take turns drawing cards from a deck. When a player draws a foe card, they must complete some challenge or win a mini-game to defeat it.

Other cards are quests, enchantments, or curses, which will make it easier or more difficult to fight.

At the end of the game, the player that defeated the most foes wins the game.
