By skillfully laying out your string,you collect shells for your necklace and clean up the beach. If your shell necklace is also mirror-image(symmetrical), your points are doubled. The person with the most points wins the game.

Each player receives one (1) string. Mix all the shells, shards, and crabs, and drop these items randomly into the center of the table so that they lie in a colorful jumble. Spread the items apart so that they no longer touch each other. These items form the beach.

You play as many rounds as there are players. The person who was on vacation most recently gets the shell with the pearl and a leftover string to collect items with. At the end of the round, this shell and the string are passed on, so that everyone has been the starting player once.

As soon as the last piece of glass is removed from the center of the table, the round is over and you begin scoring. The person with the most points wins the round. Whoever wins the most rounds wins the entire game. In the event of a tie after a round or at the end of the entire game, the players with the same number of points or wins present their shell necklaces. The others may choose one shell necklace as the winner, and the owner of that necklace wins the round or the game.
