Theme and design concept

Moku tower’s gaming concept originates from our previous product – Woodas. The theme of Moku Tower is to integrate wood art into tabletop game. It is an unconventional idea that transforms wood art into an artistic, interactive and strategic tabletop game that can be played with a group of friends and/or family members.

Goal of the game

In order to win the game, player needs to reach the accumulative target score as fast as possible. Each card contains different marks depending on different levels of difficulties. Marks are shown at the top left hand corner of the cards. The player who reaches the accumulative target score first is the winner.

Accumulative target score:

2-4 persons: 25 marks
5 persons or above: 15 marks

Game-play

Step 1: Drawing
Player can draw the cards with sequence once the hourglass is

flipped. The player has to finish everything (including
card-drawing, stacking and satisfying all the extra requirements if any) before the time is up. Draw the cards with the following sequence:

Starting Position Card
Extra Pieces Card (optional)
Super Jetpot Card (optional)

As long as the player has finished drawing all the cards, he/she can start stacking immediately.

Step 2: Scoring
If the player satisfies all the requirements within the time limit, he/she can keep the cards and will be awarded the marks on the top left-hand corner.
If the player fails to satisfy ANY of the requirements, put all the cards back to the bottom of the corresponding decks and will score zero marks. Any drops while stacking are also considered as fail.

Step 3: Moving on
If succeed:

If the player finishes his/her round successfully, he/she has the right to flip over the hourglass immediately which will make the next player has less time to play.

If fail:
If the player fails his/her round, the NEXT player has the right to choose whether to flip or not to flip the hourglass. The next player needs to decide immediately and the game continues.

Repeat the above steps until the first player reaches the accumulative target score.
