A routine investigation takes a chilling turn when a group of schoolgirls mysteriously disappears into the night. When the detective finally tracks them down, something is terribly wrong: some seem normal, some act strangely, and others might not be human at all. Malevolent spirits have disguised themselves among the survivors, and only keen observation will uncover the truth.

Missing Girl is a lighthearted social deduction and bluffing party game where players take turns stepping into the shoes of the Detective, while the remaining players manage the identities of the Students and the lurking Ghosts.

Each round, the Detective uses a hand of Tool cards (featuring various foods) to interrogate the suspects, asking whether a specific individual can eat that item. Real Students must answer truthfully based on the dietary restrictions listed on their cards. However, the Ghosts are free to lie and bluff, weaving convincing alibis to trick the Detective into believing they are human.

Once the questions are exhausted, the Detective must deduce who to save:

Successful Rescue: If the Detective correctly selects only genuine Students, both the Detective and the rescued Students score points.

Haunted Mistake: If even a single Ghost is mistakenly chosen, the Detective receives no points, and the Ghosts claim the points instead.

Roles rotate each round until every player has had their turn as the Detective. The player with the highest total score at the end of the game emerges victorious.
