Become an adventurer who arrives in a cursed city, lost to a power-hungry regent and his council, who orchestrate dark schemes in the shadows.

Explore the randomly generated dark alleyways, map after map, encountering ever more terrifying characters, managing your resources, and leveling up to face the greatest challenge of all: defeating the King's Remains!

All of the Council's content is compatible with the Mini Rogue base game. The game also includes a campaign, which follows the base game's campaign (but can be played independently). You can play it solo, and if you also own the base game, you can play it cooperatively with a friend.

If you don't own the base game: you can play the Council solo or with a friend (competitively, using the Overlord module). If you have the base game: you can play the Council solo (with much more variety of cards), cooperatively (with two or three players), or competitively (with two, three or four players, thanks to the Overlord module).
