In a world swept up by a monster-pet boom, the horned and big-eyed “Chewy” monsters are especially popular. Players are breeders trying to gather monsters of matching appearances and send them off together, while also watching for suspicious attempts to smuggle mismatched monsters in disguise. Everyone wants to help their monsters depart, but in the end each breeder also wants to escape their own obligations and become free.

Mega Out!! is a climbing and shedding game with bluffing, dice-based bonuses, and challenge mechanics. At the start of each round, a six-sided die determines a bonus number; cards of that number count as two cards when played face-down. Players declare which number and how many cards they are playing to their personal field, but they may play cards face-down and lie as long as at least one card is face-up when their field has two or more cards. Later players may play a stronger combination, pass, or use a Watch card from hand to challenge a suspected lie. Passing is a hard pass for that cycle. When the field clears, the die is rolled again, and players who have emptied their hands leave the round; the final remaining player loses.
