How it's played: Each patient starts with a set number of immunity and vitality cards, flipped face up. At the start of each round, Prescription cards determine which Medoks are in play and their various possible effects; more get added round after round, raising the stakes.
Some have beneficial effects, while most have effects that are more or less negative. It is up to you to remember which effects have—or haven't—been revealed... and to try your luck.

Fortunately, Accessory cards can help you (or sabotage others)!
Every turn you must consume a Medok from the table and resolve its effect. Immunity absorbs the hits first; once it's gone, you start losing vitality directly.

How it's won: Patients get eliminated as their vitality runs out. The last one standing wins. Pure escalating tension: everyone's health degrades round by round until only one survivor remains.
