まわる！ウイニングラン (Mawaru! Winning Run) is a horse racing game where each player is secretly cheering for one of nine horses.

The nine horses are placed in a row. Each round players draft a hand of action cards and then play one card at a time - simultaneously. Cards resolve in order, beginning with the lowest number. The resolution causes horses to change order in various ways, prevent opponents' cards from executing, etc.

After each turn, points are given to the leading horse. Between rounds, the horses that scored the most are pushed back. The game ends once a horse gets far enough ahead on points, and whoever was cheering for the this horse wins.
