Mala Leche con Marihuana is an irreverent, adult-themed party game that expands the dark and satirical universe of the original Mala Leche. This version doubles down on exposing the most absurd, "penca," and wicked aspects of Chilean society, with a heavy emphasis on cannabis culture. Designed for players who believe humor should have no filters and no censorship, it serves as the ultimate experience for groups of friends looking to laugh at the most "incorrect" topics imaginable.

The game features a wide range of controversial themes, including politics, sex, violence, and death, while introducing specific topics like cannabis-related humor, misandry (hembrismo), and local Chilean slang. The goal is to create the most twisted and hilarious combinations to shock your friends and provide years of inside jokes.

Gameplay centers on a fill-in-the-blank mechanic. Each round, a "Dealer" plays a white card with a phrase containing gaps. The other players respond by playing their most inappropriate black card to complete the sentence. The combinations are read aloud, and the Dealer chooses the most "sick" or funny pairing. The winner of the round earns "lucas" (the game's currency).

The game continues until one player's bankroll is empty. At that point, the player with the most "lucas" is crowned the winner, while the bankrupt player must perform a "penitencia"—a penalty or forfeit—chosen by the victor.
