A Linkwords egy könnyen tanulható társasjáték, 1 - 6 játékos részére, az átlagos játékidő rövid, csak 30 perc. A társast, a könnyebb tanulhatósága miatt, akár már 8 éves kortól ajánljuk kipróbálni. A játékmenet erősen épít a lapka-elhelyezés mechanizmusra.

Linkwords a game played with 2 players facing the same side of the vertical grid. A player is chosen to start the game, each player then takes it in turns to make words. Played on a vertical grid the object of the game is to score points - one point for each letter of any word formed or word within the words formed in any direction. The player can either add a maximum of 6 letters to a single column or add a maximum of 7 letters to a single row. Players can score points for upwards and downwards words, plus forwards and backwards words.
