Let That Sh*t Go is a humorous adult party game that turns life’s everyday annoyances into outrageous comedy. Players are presented with relatable “Trigger” cards describing frustrating situations, then compete to play the funniest and most ridiculous “Reaction” card from their hand. Each round celebrates the irrational thoughts we all have but rarely admit out loud.

After choosing the winning reaction, the judge may send another player to “therapy” by drawing a Let Go Challenge card. These quick, lighthearted challenges encourage players to laugh, breathe, move, reflect, or momentarily step outside their comfort zone for a chance to gain (or lose) a point. While designed primarily for comedy, the challenges are inspired by mindfulness and emotional regulation techniques, adding a playful twist without interrupting the pace of the game.

The judge rotates each round, players refill their hands after every turn, and play continues until someone reaches the agreed-upon point total. The winner is the player who consistently delivers the funniest reactions while surviving therapy along the way.
