"Les musiciens de la ville de Brême" is a semi-cooperative family board game based on the Brothers Grimm fairy tale. The theme follows four aging domestic animals—a donkey, a dog, a cat, and a rooster—fleeing their masters to become town musicians in Bremen.

The gameplay uses shared piece movement driven by card play. Instead of owning an individual character, players take turns playing cards from their hand to move any of the four animals along the path.

Simultaneously, a robber pawn moves in the opposite direction. Players score when the pawn they moved ends its turn on another pawn, on the animal's instrument or on the robber's house. Points however will be discarded if the pawn ends on the robber's.

To win the game, players must collectively guide the animals before the robbers block their path. While the group must cooperate to achieve this main objective, individual scoring at the end of the journey determines the single winner among the players.
