Inherit: The Board Game

Inherit: the Board Game is a fast-paced, asymmetrical, horror board game adapted from the Thai horror film “Inherit”.

One player takes on the villian role as Grandma Woranart, aiming to successfully pass down her demonic spirit through an ancient dark ritual. Whereas, the remaining players (2-5 people) play cooperatively as the Family to withstand her, hidden clues, and protect the youngest family member, Oui, from becoming demonic heir.

Turns alternate between the Woranart and one Family player (in clockwise order) in 2 phases: the Rising Action Phase and the Climas Phase. On a turn, player either move specific characters, activate special abilities, or global movement via card disposal.

To win the game, Woranart needs to move her token into the same space as Oui 3 times. Meanwhile, the family members must prevent Woranart from reaching Oui and collect 3 different trust tokens then moving Tas into the same space as Oui.
