潜入軍師対潜入軍師 (Infiltration Tactician vs Infiltration Tactician) is a card game from Japan for two players. Two nations are at war, and both send their top spy over the border to disrupt the enemy. But each spy succeeds in taking control of the military, and now both agents are trying to make their host armies lose.

In this game, the players use a limited number of cards to direct attacks on each other. But the one player chooses the card to be used the other each turn. The cards with high values have the weakest actions, and the cards with the strongest actions have the lowest values.

When the game ends, the player with the most points on their cards is the winner. So a player wants to gain a high value card, but that will make them vulnerable to attack. But giving their opponent a low value card will cause more damage to themselves.

The designer was inspired by watching a TV show in which rival teams were involved in match-fixing, and both were instructed to lose.

The game has a deck of only nine cards, and in the basic game, a set of seven are used. In the advanced game, all nine are shuffled and seven dealt out, giving a variation each time. There are also two tokens, Defence and Sleep, which stay with the player affected until the next round.

The card actions include Defence, Sleep, Robbery, Assassination, Exchange and Standby. For example, Robbery lets a player take the lowest value card from the opponent, and Assassination lets them turns the lowest card over.
