Players decide who goes first, and each player draws 3 cards from their deck.
Set the *Skill Crest* and *Action Crest* markers to *0*.

Set the *Impulse Level Crest* marker to *3*.
Each player starts with:

3 Impulse Level Crests

Objective:
Impulse Dice Game is a card and dice game where the goal is to either defeat 3 of your opponent’s characters or destroy their 3 towers.
