In Immuno Deficiency Wars players start off with healthy immune cells to ward of infections like bacteria, viruses, fungi, and parasites. But as they draw cards they may gain immune disorders, which deactivate the immune cells making it harder to stay healthy. If a player ends their turn too sickly, they will lose the game.

Each turn the player chooses to draw cards, play cards or activate immune cells. There are 3 types of cards to draw. Infections, which can be played on other players in order to make them sick.
Autoimmune diseases, when drawn they deactivate that player's immune cells and are hard to rid of.
Treatments, which can cure infections when the immune cells can't and sometimes cure autoimmune diseases.

Be the last player standing to win.

The publisher mentions it is a simplified version of ImmunoWars: The Most Infectious Boardgame.
