Slay The Spine II features just 32 cards which you'll use in a system combining combat and deck building. Starting off facing just a single enemy, each round another will join them. The catch here is they can never die, so you just need to learn to survive.
Every round you draw 2 split cards, one goes into your hand for it's play effect and the other joins the battle line on the enemy side. Their order remains the same so you can plan how to survive 6 rounds.
Do that and you'll reach the boss, but now here is where things get interesting, for this fight your cards get ordered on the table and can only be played in order forward or reverse. Will your synergy and strategy survive?
You may say this game took inspiration from a well known and popular video game, you'll have to play it and see!
