Icarus: Infiltrate a Blissful Dystopia is a sequel to Euphoria: Build a Better Dystopia. Icarus is a large-group game of deduction, deception, and bluffing set in the same world as Euphoria: Build a Better Dystopia. Similar to The Resistance, there is lots of fingerpointing and table-talk in Icarus.

Each player is given 1 secret allegiance card at the beginning of the game that determines the faction they want to win and the faction they want to lose (there are four factions: Euphoria, Icarus, Subterra, and the Wastelands). After being dealt a starting hand of four recruit cards, players take turns going on missions to infiltrate various areas of the dystopia. All players who are not part of the mission will try to guess the outcome of the mission, drawing a card if they guess correctly.

Points are distributed throughout the four factions as infiltrations succeed or fail, and the game ends when one area of the dystopia has been completely infiltrated. Because each player has a different combination of factions they want to win or lose, only one winner will be declared.
