I.D.E.A. (Innovation Disaster Emergency Agency) is a cooperative board game in which players take on the roles of specialists working together to protect Thailand from a series of disasters.

Earthquakes, flash floods, wildfires, PM2.5 pollution, tropical storms, tsunamis, and climate-related disasters can strike at any time. Players must work as a team, plan ahead, develop innovative technologies, manage disasters, and complete recovery missions before the situation gets out of control.

There is no single perfect solution. Good teamwork, risk assessment, and the right decisions at the right time are the keys to keeping Thailand safe and resilient.

I.D.E.A. is a fully cooperative game—all players win or lose together. To win, the team must complete the required number of Mission Cards based on the selected difficulty level. The team loses if a Disaster Card is pushed beyond the Disaster Track or if the Disaster Deck runs out.

HOW TO PLAY

Each player’s turn consists of 2 phases:

1. Take up to 4 Actions
2. Reveal 1 Disaster Card

Then, play passes to the player on the left.

WIN OR LOSE

The team wins when it completes the required number of missions for the chosen difficulty level.

The team loses immediately if:

A Disaster Card is pushed beyond the 11+ space, or
The Disaster Deck runs out and no new Disaster Card can be revealed.
