Şapkalar is an expansion for HUNT built around a new type of card.

Hats are shuffled into the loot deck alongside the weapons and schemes of the base game, but they work differently from either. A hat is not spent for a one-off effect. It is placed face up in front of its owner, its text is read out loud so the table knows what is now in play, and it grants a passive ability that lasts for as long as the hat stays on. A hunter is never forced to put on a hat the moment it is drawn and can hold it back for the right turn.

Taking one off is the hard part. A hunter can discard a hat as their action for the turn, but that costs them the entire turn: no hunt, no draw. A scheme card played by an opponent can knock it off. Or a new hat can replace it, sending the old one to the discard pile.

The expansion also raises the loot card limit from two to three, and adds a way to clear out unwanted loot: on your turn you may discard any number of loot cards from your hand, draw a single replacement, and pass.

This is not a standalone game and requires HUNT to play.
