Higher Worlds is a civilization board game for 1-4 players, where you lead one of four ancient alien empires that are adrift in the alternate universe of the Firmament.

Blends Euro-style resource management and tableau building, with combat and area control.

Lead Your Empire: Start with a homeworld and basic units. Build settlements and reclamators to harvest resources like Aethe gas, Shade oil, Shine plasma, and Teara ore. Transform Populace into specialized Heroes.

Discover Worlds: Find and claim the dreamlike wildworlds spread across the eight realms. Build and unlock development bonuses, but keep an eye on your rivals.

Develop and Adapt: Draw from your Construct and Tactic decks to queue and play cards on your player board. Acquire Lore cards to gain arcane advantages. Use Life actions to generate wealth and build culture.

Battle and Encounters: Escort forces with Captains to invade worlds. Survive monsters and events spawned on the Encounter track.

Win the Game: Deliver Keys to the Great Door to become the most cultured of all empires.
Solo Play, Scenarios, and Narrative Depth: Immerse yourself in a highly developed fictional universe that pays homage to the unbridled creativity of mid-20th century sci-fi, fantasy, and art.
