The year is 1320. The Grand Duchy of Lithuania and Ruthenia is on the rise, fighting with Teutonic Order on the west and defending from Golden Horde on the east. Pagans and christians live in peace. These lands are covered with dark forests and deep swamps, and only the gods know what is hiding here.

In Heroes of the Grand Duchy you step into a grim, low-fantasy medieval world where survival is not dictated by the roll of a dice, but by cold calculation, ruthless point and resource management, and fragile alliances.

You play as 1 of 6 asymmetric characters: from a catholic Witcher and a deserted Teutonic Knight to a local pagan Hunter and a adventurous Varangian. Your goal is to gain a certain number of Hero Points through hunting for the Grand Duke Gediminas, slaying mythical beasts from legends and beliefs and fending off raids on villages.
