Heping Escort Agency is a 1-4 player board game of resource management and movement planning. During their turn, players must perform these 3 actions in order: First, Tribute (optional) - deliver porcelain to officials to activate their card effects; Second, Recruitment (mandatory) - select and acquire 1 Escort card (higher-level Escorts require silver payment); Third, Escort Mission (mandatory) - move your Escort team the designated steps to trigger both location effects and card effects.

Players earn points by delivering goods, completing objectives, and establishing connections with Chief Escorts, with the highest-scoring player winning the game.
