It is very simple. 100 important questions, 100 right answers. One asks the question, the other gives the answer. Who picks the right answer from four possible choices keeps the question card. Then the next player has his turn. The one with the most cards at the end has proven himself to be a true "Niederrheiner" [Lower Rhine resident].
