'Heihō - The Art of War is a mass battle game that lets you recreate the vast, spectacular battles that shock the length and breadth of Japan at the end of the sixteenth century.

Recreate famous battles like Kawanakajima and Sekigahara, control armies that are truly massive in scale, and unleash the sophisticated tactical systems that were unique to Japan in this period as you dominate your opponent!

Sequence of Play:
1- Zanshin (Command Points) Phase: receive Zanshin Points

2- Determine initiative: players bid zanshin for initiative
3- First player's movement: move and fight (opponent can interrupt)
4- Second player's movement: move and fight (opponent can interrupt)
5- Army morale: army retreats if it loses 1/3 of its sonae and enemy has more sonae
