Gameplay

With limited manpower and endless demands, players must constantly adapt and prioritize. Combining worker placement, card-driven tactics, and risk management, the game challenges you to build the most successful company in a competitive market.

Each round, players compete for contracts, balance their budgets, and manage an overworked team. How many additional jobs can you afford to take on for cash injection? Will the extra income outweigh the risk of delays and dissatisfied clients? Can you outbid your competitors without eroding your margins? Should you hire new employees, or keep your operation flexible with subcontractors?

Action cards add another layer of strategy. They can boost your company's efficiency, create problems for your competitors, or provide other tactical advantages. Yet when deadlines start slipping, you may be forced to sacrifice valuable cards to come up with Excuses, buying yourself more time and keeping frustrated clients at bay.

Recommendations earned from clients provide another path to success. These valuable points can be spent to gain access to new action cards, secure projects on more favorable terms, or saved for later and converted directly into victory points. Deciding when to invest your recommendations and when to preserve them is yet another key strategic challenge.

Meanwhile, market trends are constantly shifting as Event Cards reshape the business landscape. Successful companies must adapt their strategies to changing demands and seize new opportunities as they emerge. Players who best align their business with current market trends will earn extra victory points and gain an edge over the competition.
