Valley Falls is known for a few things: an abnormally high murder rate, an overwhelming number of secrets, and winning at high school football. Coach Bobby McCall has led the Valley Falls Druids to their last three state championships, and this year is off to a similar start. In tonight's game, the Druids are facing off against the Crowley's Point Jackals. The Druids are up by seven points at halftime, and things are looking good as the team heads to the locker room for their mid-game pep talk. Coach McCall is right in the middle of a fiery speech about winning when he clutches his heart, collapses, and utters the words "I was murdered" in front of a shocked team of Druids before taking his last breath. Now, it's up to you to muster some school spirit, examine all of the secrets
beneath the Friday Night Lights to see what is revealed, and discover who committed this Halftime Homicide.

As with all Deadbolt Mystery Society games, you step into the role of the detective. Examining the evidence provided, visiting different locations and using the password protected QR mechanic to uncover the truth.

Players win once they catch the killer, find what's missing or whatever else is needed to solve the case at hand.
