After buying this card, the player must place it next to their Product Cards. At the end of the turn in which the card was bought, the player must discard it to get one of the Product Cards
from the discarded batch, with no additional cost.
If there are no available Product Cards in the discarded batch, the player must discard this card and receive ¥2 from the bank
