Giant Machine Terror Wheel is a wooden machine that allows spaces for action tiles on the top, but during the game, the players wheel turn the cranks of the machine, cause tiles - and the workers on them - to fall off the end.

Some of the action tiles are traps, others remove all workers in a certain row or column, and some score points.

Players will get points for workers they cause to fall off the machine - their own and others. The person with the most points wins.
