Formula Team Manager is a strategic race board game where you play the Team Manager of a race team in the most exciting racing class. As a Team Manager, it is your goal to lead the team to victory!

No race is the same: you can select from 6 teams, 7 drivers and 10 circuits. You have 4 different tyre compounds to choose from. Weather conditions will vary due to the built-in weather forecast and pitstops are a must in this game. All these features makes the game a fun and challenging experience.

Each team, each driver, each circuit and each tyre compound have their own characteristics. In addition, all drivers have a unique special skill, making it interesting to play the game again, with a different driver.

Gameplay
Before the race starts you decide which of the 10 circuits you are going to drive and every player selects a team and a driver. Make sure to check the weather forecast before you select a tyre compound to start the race.

Each game round:

Turn weather card
Each player selects an action for this game round. Upgrade your car to increase the speed, train your driver to avoid rookie mistakes (event cards), train your mechanics for faster pitstops, charge or use your boost system, defend, or let your teammate slow the competition down.
