This promo pack was available from some retailers when purchasing the base game. It includes an upgraded first player marker and eight News tokens that can be used instead of the original tokens. Rules for using these tokens can be found in multiple languages in the Files section for the base game. In the files titled "Goodies Rules", the Hobby Next section explains how to use these alternate News tokens.
