Eternal Nightmare is a fast-paced, horror-themed party board game for 2–6 players that blends trivia, real-time challenges, push-your-luck decisions, and take-that interaction.

Players take on the role of eerie characters trying to escape a surreal nightmare realm. Each turn, players move around the board, face unique encounters, answer horror and film-based trivia questions, earn currency, trigger events, and confront monsters. The objective is to collect sacred talismans and survive long enough to face – and beat – one of the final escape challenges.

Gameplay combines:

Horror & film trivia (450 total questions across all content)

Risk-reward encounters and player confrontation

Physical/dexterity mini-challenges and timed tasks

Plot and event cards that alter the game state

A final real-time challenge (dice challenge, tower stack, or other frantic end-game trial)

The theme draws from classic and modern horror, but the tone is fun and comedic rather than scary. The experience centres on energy, laughter, dramatic moments, and friendly rivalry, making it suitable for horror fans, movie lovers, party gamers, and mixed-experience groups.

The base game includes core trivia, combat, and challenge content, and the expansion adds 150 new horror & film trivia questions, bringing the total to 450 questions.
