Objective of the game
Learn how to manage money in the best way, to obtain a superior quality of life. You will have a maximum of one year. Once completed, the winner will be defined.
How is the winner of the game determined?
Four things are going to be evaluated from the players:
a.- The neighborhood where you live (A is the safest, I is the least safe).
A=9 points, B=8 points, C=7 points, and so on.
Amount of savings: the total sum of savings, divided by 100. You owe the money you have on hand at the end of the game, minus any debt you have.
c.- Recreation: The number of times you attended a type of recreation during the entire game, divided into 3. For example, if during the entire game you went 21 times to museums, cinema, theatre or others, you should do 21/3=7
Average number of days worked per week: This is your division factor for the sum of the totals of a, b, and c.
How to Start Playing
Each player chooses their character, which will be the same until the end of the game.
2.- It is important that each player has a pencil, two sheets of paper and, if necessary, a calculator at hand. This will make it easier to play and manage money.
3.- All players will be given US$4000.
Each player will start with a debt and a profession or trade. This will be done by randomly choosing from the two available decks "Professions or Trades" and "Debt".
Once each player has their chosen character with their profession or trade and debt, they must make the first major decision of the game: buy or lease a house. The player is free to do so in the neighborhood of his/her own choosing.
The green houses represent the rented ones and the red ones represent the purchased ones.

Each week, players must write down their income and expenses, according to their preferences. There are two weekly expenses that are imponderable: the supermarket and transportation. Therefore, on a weekly basis the player will do an exercise similar to this:
Income from work: 30x6=180 (if you worked 6 days a week)
From this income we must subtract transportation, the supermarket, some entertainment and the bill for the unforeseen.
The unforeseen event will happen when each of the players rolls the dice and in case they get 1 or 6, they must draw a card from the "Unforeseen" deck. If you get 1 or 6 on both dice, you must draw two cards from the deck.
