Death Note le jeu d'Enquête is a hidden role game, for 4 to 8 players, lasting approximately 25 minutes per game.

? In this game, each player has his own objectives to complete. Some players want to be revealed and others not, or to reveal/protect/kill a specific role... You can also have an interest to sacrifice yourself for the sake of the investigation. It's NOT a team-play game about investigators against Kira.

The player playing L is revealed at the start of the game, he leads the investigation. His job is to assign suspicions at the end of each round (max. 5 rounds per game) in order to reveal Light. To do this, he will have to observe and analyze the actions of each player to deduce their role before it is too late...

The other players keep their role hidden and participate in the investigation by influencing the possibilities given to L, while trying to conduct the investigation in the direction that suits them best. They can also play Action cards for many varied effects, such as revealing or secretly watching a role, gaining new objectives, or even killing.

In Death Note game, your actions are much more important than your words. Each of your actions or decisions will be interpreted by the other players and could lead to your loss. Use this aspect to your advantage to bluff and manipulate your opponents. Earn the trust of L and other players, without attracting the attention of your potential enemies, and your vision of justice will prevail.

The game ends immediately if Light is revealed or if there are 3 dead roles. Otherwise, the game lasts until the end of the 5th round. When the game ends, everyone scores the points obtained for each of their objectives fulfilled.
