In Cut the Crop card game, you reap what you sow. You're a farmer working your fields to plant and harvest the most valuable crops. Plant three matching crops in a row and you can harvest them to score points. Be careful not to pass along crops your opponents need. Do you harvest easy points now or hold for higher points later? The player who manages their field best wins.

Players start with a 3x3 grid of face down cards representing their farm with 2 cards flipped face up at the start of the game.

On a turn, a player must draw 1 card, either from the top of the deck or the top of the discard pile.

The player may then either discard the drawn card and flip over any face down card in their farm, or they may play the drawn card anywhere on their farm and discard the card it replaced.

If, after playing, there are 3 face up crop cards of the same type in a row (vertical, horizontal, diagonal) the player adds them to their score pile and replaces them with new face down cards, choosing one to be flipped face up. This may trigger an additional harvest.

The game ends when the last card is drawn. All players flip any remaining face down cards and conduct a final harvest. Players then score points based on the cards they have harvested.
