CUBOID is a two-player abstract strategy game played with black and white wooden cuboids on a square grid.

Each player chooses one color and takes the sixteen matching blocks. Players alternate placing one block at a time. A block must be aligned with the dot grid on the board, but it may be placed in different orientations and may also be stacked on top of previously placed blocks.

Each player attempts to create a continuous path of their own blocks from the near edge of the board to the opposite edge. Because the blocks can be placed vertically as well as horizontally, the developing network extends through three dimensions.

The first player to complete a connected path between their two opposite sides wins.
