Players take on the roles of architects competing to construct impressive buildings from a limited supply of materials. Each player has an individual building board and collects construction blocks from different trucks, using them to build within their construction area.

Over ten rounds, players choose materials, place blocks, complete blueprint cards, install windows and doors, and work toward the current round objective. Players can also use jackhammers to remove blocks from their own construction or, with a special red jackhammer, interfere with an opponent's building. Points can be earned by completing blueprints and round objectives, constructing horizontal and vertical lines, creating connected areas of matching colors, and installing windows and doors.

At the end of the tenth round, all points earned during the game are added together. The player with the highest total score wins; in case of equal scores, the game ends in a tie.
