Corruga Empire is an economic board game where players take on the role of entrepreneurs building their own factories for corrugated board production and packaging manufacturing. Starting with a small enterprise, you gradually expand your facilities, implement new technologies, and strive to become a leader in the industry.

In your hands lies an industry that may seem invisible but forms the backbone of global trade from simple pizza boxes to complex packaging solutions for electronics and furniture. This is where the fate of contracts, corporations, and entire markets is decided.

Become a corrugated tycoon! Every turn demands strategic thinking, skillful capital management, and a willingness to take risks for future success. You will participate in auctions, attract investments, make corporate deals, and face the threat of bankruptcy.

Players compete for contracts, build factories, and develop production lines, turning them into powerful corporations. It’s a tense struggle for resources and influence, where one wrong move can cost everything, and a well‑crafted strategy leads to market dominance. Only those who can maintain control and prove their strength will earn the title of true corrugated tycoon.

Gameplay
You must build your own network of factories, equip them with machinery to generate profit, capture the market, and win. At the start, players receive funds and then take turns rolling dice and performing the action of the square they land on. The main types of squares are: Factories, Market, Destiny, and Super Equipment.

Factory Squares and Equipment Cards.
When you occupy a free factory square, place your factory token of your color on it. To make the factory profitable, you need to acquire Equipment cards. To do this, you draw cards from the Equipment and Bank decks, with the total number limited by the dice result. The Bank does not always provide funds sometimes it may refuse, protect, or bankrupt you for one turn, and place the drawn equipment into auction. If you prefer not to risk with Bank cards, you can pay with your own funds. When another player lands on your equipped factory, it generates income for you; the payment amount is indicated on the Equipment cards. Players may also participate in auctions, trade assets, protect themselves from bankruptcy with Bank protection cards, and take financial risks to remain solvent and expand influence.

Super Equipment
Landing on a Super Equipment square grants you one Super Token, which increases the income of a factory twofold or more depending on the number of tokens combined into a production line. If you occupy three consecutive factory squares, you form a corporation, and the effects of Super Tokens apply to the entire corporation rather than a single cell.

Market and Destiny Squares
Landing on these squares means drawing a Market card to fulfill production orders if you have the required equipment, or drawing a Destiny card to face events such as strikes, fires, floods, thefts, or, alternatively, receiving major rewards and lucky opportunities.

Additional Squares: Tax Office, Advertising Agency, Vacation, and Business School
Here you pay taxes, gain profit from advertising or training, or go on vacation and skip a turn sometimes a useful way to wait out a critical situation.

Victory
The winner is the player with the greatest number of factories with equipment, Super Tokens, and personal capital or the one who collects all ten Super Equipment tokens.
