Coin! Qui Osera? ("Who whill dare?") is a card game where you try to get rid of the points in your hand and must assess whever or not to stop the round.

The deck has 6 suits of 14 cards: 10 numbered cards (worth their number in point value) and 4 "corner" cards: the 1-, 2- and 3-corners cards are each worth 12 points and the 4-corner card is worth 15 points. The corner cards are consecutive to the numbered cards, and as such the 1-corner card functions as an 11 when used in runs.

There are also -1 and -2 cards as well as a joker card which is worth 20 when still in hand at the end of the game.

All the player begin with a point capital of their choosing. Each round, the dealer chooses to deal a hand of 6 to 9 cards to every players. On their turn, players must either call "Coin!" to end the round or discard cards forming either sets of cards of the same value or runs of cards. Should they choose the latter, they must first draw a card from the deck without looking at it or the top card from the discard, but they wont add it to their hand until after they have discarded their card(s).

If they call "Coin!", the round stops. If the player calls "Coin!" has the least amount of points in their hand, all other players lose as many points from their capital as the value of the cards in their hands. Otherwise, the player who called "Coin!" loses as many points as the biggest hand among all players.

The game ends when one player loses all their capital. The player with the biggest capital wins!

There is an advanced mode where you can gain back capital with special combinations (discarding cards of a single color, calling "Coin!" without even discarding a single card, etc).
