Cleariosity: 5-Letter Frenzy társasjáték

Cleariosity: 5-Letter Frenzy is a larger version of the original Cleariosity. It also has a deck of 60 transparent plastic cards, but the cards are larger, having 5 letters on them instead of 3, and each letter is in one of the 25 positions of a 5x5 grid instead of 9 positions in a 3x3 grid. (The cards have lines on them to make the grid, and the letters' positions in it, easy to see. )

At the start of the game, the cards are dealt out evenly among the players; any leftover cards are left face-up in the middle of the table. Each player keeps their cards in a face-down draw pile.

To start, all players simultaneously place the top card from their draw pile face up in the middle of the table, all facing the same direction. Players then look to find cards that will spell a word of 3 or more letters if they are stacked together. When they see one they say the word and point to the cards, which are then stacked to see if the caller is correct. An acceptable word:

Is a valid word; proper names, abbreviations, and acronyms are not allowed (unless the players agree otherwise).
Is spelled in a straight line, horizontally (left to right only), vertically (top to bottom only), or diagonally (left to right only).
Has none of its letters covering or covered by another letter. (Letters not used in that word can cover other letters.)

If the word is correct, the declarer collects the cards making the word and keeps them in a separate winnings pile; if not, the cards are separated and that player may not guess again until after another player guesses. Play then continues with the remaining cards. If no one can see another word, all players add the top card of their draw piles to the table spread. Play continues until all cards have been played and no one can find any other words. The player who has collected the most cards wins the game.
