This is a climbing card game and a shedding game in which you try to be first to get rid of all your cards. Each card has two ends, and these two ends are of different numbers and colours. The end you are holding up is the active side, but this may change during the game.

On your turn you either play a meld or declare "Change". A meld can be a single card, or a set of cards. There are only two types of sets, either sets of the same value, or sets of the same colour. When you make a set of the same colour, the cards must form a valid number and it must be the smallest possible number. E.g. if you have 0, 1, 5, 8, you must form 1058 and not 0158. When playing a meld, you must be able to beat the currently strongest meld in play. That means the number you make must be higher.

If you declare "Change", everyone including you rotates their hand cards to the other end. You must then take one card from any of the melds in play except for the strongest meld. You put the card in your hand in your preferred orientation.
