Name 4 North End festivals or Lose 1 turn

You're caught throwing tea in the harbor! Place $20 fine in the center of the board.
Your chowder is voted best in Boston! Collect $20 from each player for the recipe.
Heartbreak Hill! Move back to Boston Marathon and Lose 1 turn.
