It is played in rounds, where each round consists of two stages: the bidding stage and the diners stage. After the second stage, the round ends, the Improvement Market is filled until the initial number of cards is available, and a new bidding stage begins until one of the Bolicheros triggers the end of the game.
In the bidding stage they will be able to acquire new cards to improve the Culinary Experiences of their restaurants. Each culinary experience is made up of 3 different types of services to be completed (each one has a food menu, a drinks menu and a staff menu).
In the diner stage, they will pay for the culinary experiences of each of the restaurants, increasing the Prestige of the Bowlers.
To do this, reveal the first card of the Diners deck. Depending on the type of service the diners request, each Bowler will receive Coins and/or Prestige Stars as appropriate:

a. Base payment for the service: each Bolichero will receive $2 + $1 for each culinary experience that has at least one improvement card, this is the payment that diners will make for going to eat at their restaurants.

b. Payment for requested service: diners will pay $1 for each improvement letter that the restaurant has that is the same type of service that they have requested (food, drink or personal), whether it is incorporated into a culinary experience or if it is in the service external. This payment is the tip for serving the diners who went to the restaurants very well.

c. Increase in Prestige: count the number of improvement letters that your restaurants have for the service that diners have requested, both for their culinary experiences and those they have for their external service. The restaurant that has the greatest number of cards from that service will receive 1 prestige star. If more than one restaurant is tied for first place, all tied Bowlers will receive 1 Prestige Star, except if all bowlers are tied. For example, in a game of 2 Bolicheros, stars will not be distributed if there is a tie. These are the diners' recommendations to other people, where they spoke highly of their culinary experiences, which will increase the prestige of the restaurants.

d. Complete services: Only the first Bowler to collect all 3 cards of the same type of Improvement (food, drink or personal) will receive 1 Prestige Star. Prestige stars will be placed on the board to identify which Bolichero was the first person to complete it. Setting a trend is very important and arriving first will increase the prestige of any restaurant, but only whoever is first.

e. Culinary Experience: When a Bowler completes a Culinary Experience with his 3 cards he will receive $1 + 1 prestige stars.

f. Advertising: You can pay $10 to buy 1 prestige star from the supply, however, when the end of the game triggers, no one will be able to use their coins to buy advertising.
