This is a 16-card 2-player game with four factions that score differently and have a different power. There are four cards in each faction. You and your opponent will play cards into a shared 3x3 grid, and you will also use card powers to manipulate the grid. As you play cards into the grid, you will also save cards for end-game scoring. By the time the grid is full, you will each have three scoring cards. Each card scores for every faction member in the grid.
