The simulated experience of this board game is a fascinating experience that anyone can have fun with. Factors that affect the development process of an organization in the real world, may not be possible to be identified or experienced in the real world. But in this board game, all the exposed factors can be identified and examined, and with each re-play, a new experience and transition can be discovered. There are a variety of situations in the game, opportunities and human resources may change your predetermined goal. The number of players in this game is from one to four people, and you get a different experience of the game with any number of players and even single player.
The goal of the game is for organizations to achieve the popularity of the top brand in the eyes of the audience. This popularity can be achieved in three ways:
Popularity gained through the effects of Activity cards.
The popularity that is formed through Human Resources (Employees) within the organization.
The popularity that is created for players by earning over 40 points Revenue.
Finally, the sum of the popularity point obtained from these three methods determines the brand popularity of an entire organization.
The game ends when Time marker cube reach number 8 on Organizational Life Cycle Board (i.e. The 8th round of the game that every player completed their turns).

This Board is consisting of 8 fiscal years, meaning there are 8 rounds in the game. After placing the Time Marker on fiscal year 8, the game ends. Each player has to take steps, after all the players have taken their turn, that round ends. At the beginning of the next round, you have to repeat those steps again, then to go to the next round.
There are 66 Employee cards in the game, each employee has two abilities. By hiring that employee with the ability you choose, you bring him/her into your organization.
At the beginning of the game, Shuffle the 66 cards well and place them face down in the middle of the game area. Then place 6 cards from the employee deck face up next to the deck. When any player picks one employee, a card must be replaced. So until the end of the game, there are always 6 employee cards face up in the game area.
