In Bestseller, you’ll craft a story from the ground up, developing intriguing characters, weaving unexpected plot twists, and introducing gripping conflicts that keep readers on the edge of their seats.

In Bestseller, each card in the game represents a key storytelling element - a setting, character, plot twist, or conflict. Players will draft cards, manage their hands, and add cards to their binder, weaving together a unique and engaging story.

The core mechanic of Bestseller is binder building, a new variant of engine building.

Players use "ink" to pay for and add unique cards to their individual binders. Each turn, every visible card is active. Because pages are transparent, any blank spaces allow the card beneath to remain visible. As players turn pages to progress through their binder, the set of active cards constantly changes, revealing new abilities while covering others as new cards are added over time.

Using both tactics and strategy, players add cards to their binders, unlocking stronger actions, effects, and powerful combinations.
