You must decide whether or not to buy that year's wine based only on each year's catchphrase.
The true quality of your purchased wine will be announced at the end of the game.
A good connoisseur should know both great and not-so-great wines alike.

The difference in ranking between the high-quality and low-quality wines you bought will be your score, and the person with the largest difference will be the best connoisseur (winner).
